Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate, current information when creating your account and to keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for the accounts and information of any family members you add.

Family AI provides AI agents that can manage family calendars, book appointments, send reminders and updates, and respond to or initiate communications by email, phone call, and SMS. The Service acts on your instructions and on communications you direct to the agent. Automated actions — including booking, replying, and modifying calendar events — are performed using AI and may not always be error-free.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that every appointment will be correctly booked, that replies will be perfectly accurate, or that communications will be uninterrupted. You remain responsible for reviewing and confirming important actions, particularly those with legal, financial, or health consequences.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
• Send spam, engage in harassment, or use the agent's phone number or email to contact people without their consent or a lawful basis.
• Transmit content that is infringing, defamatory, fraudulent, or that violates others' privacy or publicity rights.
• Attempt to access, reverse-engineer, disrupt, or overload the Service, its infrastructure, or third-party integrations.
• Use the Service to record or transcribe calls without obtaining any consent required by applicable "two-party" or "all-party" consent laws.
• Resell, sublicense, or provide the Service as a white-label offering to third parties without our written permission.

Violations may result in suspension or termination of your account and forfeiture of any prepaid fees.

You are solely responsible for the content you and your family members provide, including emails, call content, SMS messages, calendar entries, and instructions given to the agent. You grant Family AI a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process your content solely to operate and improve the Service as described in our Privacy Policy.

You represent that you have all necessary rights and consents — including any required call-recording and data-processing consents from other participants — for the content you submit and the communications the agent processes on your behalf.

Communications drafted, summarized, or sent by the agent are generated by automated models and may contain errors or omissions. Family AI does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or appropriateness of AI-generated content. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated replies before they are sent where you have configured the Service to require approval, and you acknowledge that auto-replies may be sent without your prior review based on your settings.

The Service integrates with calendar providers, email platforms, and telephony/SMS carriers operated by third parties. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of third-party services, and changes to their APIs may affect the Service without notice.

Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis in advance. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your payment method until you cancel. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle and fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change our fees with reasonable notice, and any changes apply only to future billing cycles.

A free trial, if offered, is limited to one per household and may convert to a paid subscription at the end of the trial unless you cancel beforehand.

The Service, including its software, design, branding, and documentation, is owned by Family AI and is protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to use our trademarks, trade names, or logos except as we expressly authorize. Feedback you provide may be used by us without restriction or compensation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. We disclaim all warranties regarding merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. No advice or information obtained from the agent constitutes legal, medical, financial, or professional advice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event will Family AI or its affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to the Service — including any missed appointment, incorrect reply, unauthorized calendar change, or failure of the agent to act. Our total aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or one hundred dollars ($100), whichever is greater.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations or exclusions, so some of the above may not apply to you.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Family AI and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your content, your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights — including claims related to calls or messages initiated by the agent on your behalf without proper consent.

You may cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, pose a legal or security risk, or fail to pay fees. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive — including those regarding intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnification — will remain in effect.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Family AI is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. You and Family AI agree to attempt to resolve disputes informally first. Any claim or dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be brought exclusively in the courts of that jurisdiction, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there. Where a class-action waiver is permitted, claims must be brought on an individual basis.

We may modify these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, communicated by email or in-app notice. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree, you may cancel as described in Section 12.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies referenced here, constitute the entire agreement regarding the Service. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force. Our failure to enforce a right is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them freely in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
